Additional Support Services Available

SSI offers several educational options beyond the initial training days:

• Agvance Customer Conference – these bi-annual conferences cover new Agvance features as well as related industry topics.
• Additional Training may be scheduled at our SSI office and is billed at our current hourly fee. If training is held at your office, an additional on-site fee is charged. Some training may be done utilizing the Internet where, from the comfort of your office, our trainer works remotely to cover specific issues.
• Procedural Assessment where SSI staff reviews hardware and procedural practices and offer suggestions for improved efficiency. This is billed at our current hourly rate. If travel is necessary, an on-site fee is charged in addition to the hourly consultation fee.
